Current Releases
Vintage 2003 was the inaugural vintage for WILLIS HALL. Typically, four mainstream wines will be produced each year including Syrah, a Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend, a Merlot-based blend, and a white wine, typically Viognier. In addition, small lots of other interesting varieties will be produced and initially will be made available to WILLIS HALL Wine Club members and featured at winemaker dinners and other limited events.
Total inaugural vintage production was about 1200 cases with future vintage production not expected to exceed about 2500 cases. Limiting production is consistent with the intense, passion-driven, hands-on drive to produce the best wines possible.

- 2008 Late Harvest Pinot Gris, Rattlesnake Hills (Elephant Mountain Vineyards) - 375ml
